Postlewait’s Estate Bottled Wedding White Blend:
This white blend features the Postlewait’s Wedding Venue Label. This 2022 bottling is our second all Estate Bottled White Blend at 22% Gewürztraminer & 78% Riesling. Even though it’s fermented completely dry it maintains the delicious fruity flavors of Riesling & the incredible aromatics of Gewürztraminer.

2021 Chardonnay:
Our first Chardonnay is an extended lees contact while still being 100% stainless steel. This makes the wine well rounded while still providing crisp acidity.

2022 Estate Bottled White Pinot Noir:
Hands down the most popular wine we make and it sells out every year. The Pinot Noir grapes are rushed from the field to the press where they’re quickly pressed with as little skin contact as possible giving us the lightest colored Pinot Noir Juice possible.

2022 Pinot Noir Rosé:
This Rosé is made from Estate grown Dijon 115 Pinot Noir combined with Fruit from the Aamodt Block of 40 year old own rooted Pommard Pinot Noir. This is a Saignée method Rosé, meaning we bleed off a small portion of our Pinot Noir ferment’s juice prior to starting them after about 16 hours of skin contact. One of my favorite wines every summer!

2019 Postlewait’s Pinot Noir:
The Postlewait’s label is named after the Postlewait’s Wedding Venue and is a little bigger bodied and higher oak Pinot Noir than our Whiskey Hill Label.
