Once wines get very low in stock they move to our Library to age. Some wines are even down to only a few cases left in existence. Since the wines are so low in inventory we pour them using a device that pierces the cork with a needle to remove the wine so you can taste a little bit of our history!
2017 Postlewait’s Pinot Noir
17 was a challenging year. Fruit just wouldn’t get as ripe as we wanted due to an odd cool & drizzly rain in September. We ended up with a lighter than normal Pinot Noir, but we love it! One of my favorite things about our wines is our vintages are different! I love letting mother nature put her touch on the wine with whatever she throws at us. Our Postlewaits Pinot Noir is made to the taste of it's namesakes and Wedding Venue/Postlewait's Vineyards owners Gary and Carolyn Postlewait. This Pinot Noir features fruit from the small 2.5 acre block of grapes right by our Tasting Room with 20% new French Oak.

2016 Whiskey Hill Pinot Noir
This features 100% handpicked Estate Dijon 115 fruit. 2016’s vintage gave us perfectly ripe fruit with a beautiful balance of sugar and acid. This pinot Noir features 14% American Oak giving in intriguing complexity. Low oak & low tannin really let the fruit shine through!

2016 Postlewait’s Pinot Noir
The Biggest bodied of the Library wines and a great one to end on. 2016’s amazing weather gave us some fantastic fruit to work with to create a bigger bodied Pinot Noir.

2017 Syrah
This fruit is from our awesome neighbors at St. Josef’s with one of the oldest Syrah vineyards in all of Oregon. 2017’s hot summer and cool finish allowed the fruit to maintain beautiful acidity. This Syrah has notes of blackberry & boysenberry

2018 Syrah
This wine surprises me every years it’s typically warmer climate grape. Syrah was the second type of wine we ever made adding it in 2014. The fruit is from our awesome neighbors at St. Josef’s with one of the oldest Syrah vineyards in all of Oregon. We get something MUCH different from a normal warm climate Syrah out of it, bigger than Pinot Noir but still light & fruit forward.

1st Reliable Red Bottling
We put 10 cases of our first ever red blend away to age in the Library & now we’re bringing them back for you! The blend is 34% Pinot Noir, 29% Leon Millot, 29% Marechal Foch & 7% Syrah. The Leon Millot & Marechal Foch add bright fruit flavors and color to the lighter bodied Pinot Noir & Syrah.
